As a media outlet, we aim to provide our users with reliable and valuable information without relying on average or biased information provided by the government or manufacturers. About these Terms of Use
The “WAMI Terms of Use” set forth the terms and conditions of use for all services provided by Bravoworks.Inc on our website. By using this service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use and to have formed a contract for the use of this service, the contents of which are governed by these Terms of Use.The Company may change these Terms of Use without obtaining the prior consent of the user when permitted by the Civil Code (Law No. 89 of 1896) or other laws and regulations.
Even if any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, in whole or in part, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the invalid portions of such provisions and other provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain valid. Definitions
Terms used in these Terms of Use shall have the meanings set forth in the following items.User” means any person who uses the Service, regardless of whether or not he/she has registered as a user.
Registered User” means a person who uses the Service (including not only free functions but also services provided by paid functions) after completing the user registration procedures. “Registrant” means any person who uses the Service (including services provided by paid functions as well as free functions) after completing the user registration procedures.

Personal Information” shall mean “Personal Information” as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
User Registration
The Service may be used without user registration, but user registration is required to use certain services or functions of the Service.A user who wishes to register as a user (hereinafter referred to as “applicant”) is required to agree to these Terms of Use and follow the prescribed registration procedures. The Company deems the applicant to be inappropriate for any other reason.
In addition to the preceding paragraph, regardless of whether user registration is made before or after the fact, we will examine the contents of the application or registration information of the applicant or registrant, and if we determine that any of the following items apply, we may, at our discretion, not accept or terminate the user registration.
The applicant or registrant does not exist.
When there is a willful misrepresentation in the application or registration information.
The applicant or registrant is under 13 years of age.
The Company otherwise deems the applicant or registrant’s user registration to be inappropriate.
Management of Registration Information, etc.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the registrant due to inaccurate or false registration information.The registrant shall be responsible for managing the information used to log in to the service.
If we confirm that the information sent at the time of login to the Service matches the registered information by the prescribed method, we will consider such login to be the login of the genuine registrant and the use of the Service by the registrant.
Handling of Personal Information, etc.
The Company shall handle personal information obtained by the Company in an appropriate manner in accordance with the “Service Privacy Policy” separately stipulated.When using the Service, Users agree that personal information obtained from them may be provided to third parties in accordance with the provisions of the “Service Privacy Policy” regarding the provision of personal information obtained by the Company to third parties.
Users agree that their nicknames, icon pictures, etc. may be displayed on the Site for the purpose of identification between users.
Changes in Notified Information, Cancellation of User Registration, etc.
The registrant shall promptly notify the Company of any change in the submitted information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. In the absence of such notification, the Company shall assume that there has been no change in the submitted information.The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to receive or deliver notices or other information due to a registrant’s failure to notify the Company of a change in his/her registration information.
A registrant may cancel his/her user registration by following the cancellation procedure prescribed by the Company.
If a user cancels his/her registration, access to purchased paid content and members-only content will become unavailable. Please note that even if you re-register after deregistration, you will not be able to access the purchased paid content or members-only content, and you will be required to purchase them again.
Prohibition of Assignment, etc.
The registrant may not assign its rights to the service to any third party, or grant a pledge or other security interest in the service.Communication or Notification
We will contact or notify the registrant by any method we deem appropriate. When our communication or notification reaches the telephone number, e-mail address, or other contact address included in the submitted information, the registrant shall be deemed to have received our communication or notification.Except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, users shall contact the Company by using the Contact Form. The Company does not accept telephone contacts or visits.
Suspension of the Service, etc.
In the event of any of the following events, the Company may temporarily suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the user.- ・In the event of periodic maintenance and inspection of the communication equipment used to provide the Service, or in the event of an emergency.

Even if the Company changes the contents of the Service or suspends or discontinues the provision of the Service, the Company shall not be liable to the user in any way, except as specifically provided in these Terms of Use.
Prohibited Matters
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the ServicePosting comments that include any of the following or any content that may fall under any of the following

- ・Content that is intended for profit, such as advertisements, promotions, solicitations, etc.
- ・Political or religious content.
- ・Discriminatory content related to ethnicity, race, gender, age, etc.

- ・Content that is offensive to public order and morals or socially inappropriate
- ・Content that is harmful to the human body
- ・Content that is not related to the ingredients or methods of cooking
- ・Any other contents that the Company deems inappropriate.
- ・Any act that defames or slanders the Company or a third party, or causes disadvantage to the Company or a third party.
- ・Actions that violate the honor, social credibility, privacy, portrait rights, publicity rights, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, or any other rights of the Company or any third party
- ・Actions that make other users uncomfortable or uneasy, or actions that interfere with the use of this service by other users.
- ・Actions that falsify or obscure one’s own identity or origin.
- ・Actions that interfere with the operation of this service or that are contrary to the purpose of this service.
- ・Acts that cause a server load beyond the scope of normal use.
- ・Actions that violate these Terms of Use, etc.
- ・Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate as a user.
Copyrights and Other Rights
